How to order products

4. Click [Check Out] and fill in your details.
Be sure to check that the delivery address is correct.
Enter the payment method, delivery date and time if you wish, and the payment method, and click [Confirm Order Details].
To use a voucher, enter a voucher code to redeem discounts. For certain ongoing promotions, a discount code will automatically be applied during the checkout process.
Be sure to check the information you have entered is correct, and then click [Place Order Now].

About Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations, changes or returns of ordered products after the order is completed due to the customer's convenience.

About Exchange & Refund
Please be informed that all products sold (promotional-priced items and non-promotional-priced items) are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for defective products.
If the delivered products are defective or if you have received an incorrect item in your order, we will exchange it for the same product as soon as possible.
We make every effort to deliver the products, but please check the products when they arrive.
Return
DEFECTS OF PRODUCTS — If there is a defect in the product, it is possible to return it within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipping is FREE if you return your product due to defective or incorrect delivery.
